Our Head Office is Based on the Beautiful Gold Coast, and we spend plenty of time travelling throughout Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Hervey Bay and everywhere in between, meeting our clients and providing that PERSONAL level of service.

We have spent many years in the warehousing industry, and have used this experience to create a refined and simple system and process for you.
Our team of designers who skilfully design and draw up your ideas using AutoCAD, have personally built our Mezzanine Floors, so they know what they’re on about!
We have an incredibly knowledgeable team of Mezzanine engineers based on the Gold Coast & Brisbane, who sign off on every Kit Mezzanines design ensuring all components of your Mezzanine Floor exceed the Australian Standards. We also have specific Mezzanine Floor Design Software that allows us to check our designs in real time. With this technology, we are able to refine the design quickly to suit engineering and design requirements whilst not having to engage a Structural Engineer in the design process. Once the Mezzanine design is finalised and the quote is accepted, we then engage our Structural Engineer to sign off on the relevant documents. These Mezzanine Engineering documents vary from state to state and we can complete work Australia Wide as our Engineers are licenced accordingly.
Whether you have sent us your specs or we have come out to measure up for you, rest assured you're in safe hands. Our design team skilfully brings your vision of MORE space to life, using the latest technology & software to design your Mezzanine Floor. We are a completely in house business, meaning your measure-up and design is managed in our office, you deal with us throughout the entire process. In the beginning of our business, we engaged our Engineer to create load tables for beam and joist spans but this quickly became laborious and didn't cover all of the designs. We set about refining our process and decided a custom software design was the best solution as it sped up our process whilst also ensuring every project is compliant without the risk of human error.
Mezzanine Floors aren't small. They take up quite a bit of space on trucks and come in awkward shapes and sizes. Within approx. 300km of Brisbane, we have this process refined. For areas outside of this, we use general transport and often source materials where possible closer to the project itself - For example: Purlins are manufactured to the same standards Australia Wide so there is no need to ship them across the Country. Same with Flooring, why ship it when we can get it from a timber yard around the corner from you? If you are in Timbuktu then we won't lie, it can get tricky and take us a couple of days to get you a quote on Logistics but we will do our best to ensure you get a cost-effective solution irrespective of location. Our happy office will communicate to you throughout your Mezzanine delivery & installation process.
We use qualified Carpenters and Installers to erect our Mezzanine Floors. Our team services anywhere from Coffs Harbour in the South to Bundaberg in the North and Roma in the West and everywhere in between including Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba & Hervey Bay regions. These builders have our system down to a fine art - your Mezzanine Solution will be up in no-time. It makes is quicker to have a Forklift and Scissor Lift on site if access allows so we will provide these or use yours to ensure the Mezzanine Floor is built safely and efficiently. Are you going to Install your Mezzanine Floor yourself?
